Last year’s Salon de Vin event was a tremendous success, enjoyed by nearly 200 attendees at the beautiful Amaterra Winery.
In 2023, Amaterra Winery’s Chef Jamie Flatt orchestrated a delicious multi-course meal for guests that included citrus-cured albacore tuna tataki and grilled prime beef striploin. For dessert, mouth-watering Briar Rose fromage blanc cheesecake and cherry clafoutis delighted guests.
