Portland, October 21st. Tickets sold out for the 30th Anniversary Party of Habitat for Humanity. Organizers say their The Hard Hat & Black Tie dinner and auction surpassed their goals and raised $207,000.

This year Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East will build 30 homes in partnership with local families—up from 20 from last year. Since being founded in 1981, Habitat for Humanity has helped over 200 hardworking families permanently escape poverty living conditions in Portland and Gresham.
