Our House has provided healthcare, housing, and other vital services to low-income people living with HIV/AIDS in our community since 1988. Over the years their services have expanded but their commitment to inspiring people with HIV/AIDS to live well has remained the same. In addition to 24-hour residential skilled nursing services, they also provide regular in-home visits by clinical staff, supplemental food, clothing, companion pet services and more to people who live independently. Their programs include: Our House, Swan House, Neighborhood Housing & Care Program, Esther’s Pantry and Tod’s Corner. The Our House team tailors services for each individual that defines what “living well” means to them. www.ourhouseofportland.org
